Inference Post

      In my book, Allegiant (Book 3) by Veronica Roth, the main characters, Tris Prior, Tobias Eaton, and many other people, have experienced the death of the 5 factions: Abnegation: the selfless, Amity: the peaceful, Candor: the honest, Erudite: the intelligent, and Dauntless: the brave. Everyone had to take an Altitude Test when they are 16. The test is supposed to tell you which faction you belong in, but Tris Prior is Divergent. Meaning that she is a threat to the Faction Society. Her test results were; Abnegation, Erudite, and Dauntless. The series takes place in the isolated Downtown Chicago with a 'wall' surrounding the city. Everybody thinks that they might be the only humans left. Everyone's new leader, Evelyn Johnson (Tobias' mother) wants everyone to live factionless for now on, but others want factions to continue,  and others want to explore outside of 'The Wall'. Tris Prior is brave, selfless, and smart, but she won't acknowledge it. Her friends Christina, Uriah, Zeke, Tori, and her boyfriend Tobias all tell her, but she doesn't think that she's worth living, until her near death experience in the 2nd book and movie. I love this series. :) <3
